IV. Bidder Eligibility

Bidders need to log in to the MEX trading system before 16:00 on August 27, 2026 (Beijing Time) to complete the registration application for this bidding, and submit the Project Information Registration Form for Biochar Bidding (see Annex) to MEX, ensuring that the biochar project intended for sale has completed issuance and registration with the registry.

V. Bid Declaration Volume

Bidders may submit multiple declarations, with the quantity for each declaration determined independently by the bidder. Partial volume declaration is permitted. The quantity and price of the latest declaration shall be deemed the valid declaration. The quantity of a single declaration must be a whole number in tonnes and shall not exceed the available biochar carbon credit balance under the bidder's name.

VI. Bidding Results

This bidding adopts the "lowest price wins" rule, with transactions executed based on the principles of price priority, quantity priority, and time priority. The specific execution conditions are as follows:

● After the bidding period ends, the trading system automatically ranks the valid declarations from lowest to highest based on the declared price. If declared prices are identical, they are ranked by quantity priority; if both declared prices and quantities are identical, they are ranked by submission time priority.

● When the total valid declared volume is greater than or equal to the total bidding volume, transactions are executed in sequence according to the price ranking from lowest to highest until the cumulative total bidding volume is reached; the execution price for each transaction is the declared price of that specific declaration.

● When the total valid declared volume is less than the total bidding volume, all valid declarations are executed, and the buyer procures based on the actual total declared volume; the execution price for each transaction is the declared price of that specific declaration.

VII. Bidding Process
