The Macau International Emissions Exchange (MEX) and the Guangzhou Power Exchange Center officially signed a special cooperation agreement on green power certificates, marking a key step forward for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in cross-border green certificate trading.
